Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, a 50GBP handling fee per registrant for administrative costs will be charged; the remaining amount will be refunded. Written requests must be received by noon (CET) Friday, 4 January 2010. No refunds will be granted for requests received after this date. Refunds will not be given for no-shows at the conference.
